How do I book a Meru Cab?

You can book Meru cabs from our Meru App for current as well as advance bookings up to 30 days. For current bookings, just enter the drop location, select a cab and click on 'Book' for confirming the ride. Once the booking is confirmed, the reference number is displayed. Chauffeur details are then accessed by tapping on ‘”Track my cab” which appears at the bottom of the screen.

In case of advance booking after entering the drop location, click on the "now" button just beside the pickup location to select the slot for booking. The confirmation is given right away and cab details are send 20 minutes before the pick-up time.

Can I hail a Meru cab on the road?

Of course. If Meru Cab is not occupied or if the cab driver is not assigned any trip, the driver will be more than happy to get you on board.

What are the timings for the Meru Service?

Meru Services are available round the clock.

Can I cancel a booking made?

To cancel the booking on Meru Cabs App, please visit 'Upcoming Bookings' list on 'Bookings' section. (Menu-Bookings-Upcoming Bookings-Cancel). You can also cancel the Booking via Call Centre and through our Meru's Website. Please tell us as soon as you reasonably can - that you would like to cancel a booking so that we can avoid a Meru reporting to you, when you don't need it.
