How do I use promo code / coupon code?

The promo/coupon code will be applicable as per the terms & conditions of the respective offers. Click on 'Book' tab and choose to 'Apply coupon'. From the available list of the coupons, select the applicable one or enter a code manually to avail the discounts.

What do I do if I have left something behind in a Meru?

Please call our Customer Service Centre at 4422 4422 (Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Vadodara, Surat, Pune), 4422 4422 (Jaipur) and 3399 3399 (Kolkata and Lucknow) and give us the details of the cab number, date and time of travel (all this information will be there on your printed fare receipt / e-receipt) and we will help you track down your missing item. Meru chauffeurs are trained to report items left behind in a cab. So if you tell us the details of your commute, it makes the job easy for us to link you with your missing item!

What are the images I see below the cabs on the Home screen?

At the end of the home screen, there are visual banners to display the latest information about our services and exclusive offers, clicking on which displays the detailed information of the respective banner.

What are MeruSpot?

MeruSpot are basically the 'Hub of cabs'. You can now navigate to the nearest MeruSpot from within the app to get assured cabs at discounted fares.
