How do I pay after the completion of my trip? OR Can I make payment via card or wallet?

Meru accepts both Cash and Cashless payments i.e. you can pay via Cash as well as via Mobile Wallet after completion of your trip with Meru. For Wallet Payments, Load your Wallet at Payments Section (Citrus, MobiKwik or Paytm) and once the ride is completed the applicable trip amount will be directly deducted from your respective chosen Wallet.

Which of my wallets will get debited every time I take a ride?

You can sign into more than one wallet in the Meru Cabs App and make one of the wallets as your default wallet. Every time you take a ride, your default wallet will be debited at the end of the journey. If you want to change the default, you can always select another wallet provider before starting the trip. If you don't have sufficient cash in your default wallet, please recharge it before the journey is over.

How to start using Wallet via Payments Section? OR How do I use mobile wallet to make payment?

To start using the Wallet feature on our mobile app, you just need to download Meru Cabs App, log in & go for Payments option in the main Menu. You can choose any of the mobile wallets (Citrus / MobiKwik / Paytm) and top it up using Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. (Mobile App > Log in > Main Menu > Payments > Citrus Login > Top Up)

Can I make a partial payment with my wallet?

No, you will either have to pay the full amount by mobile wallet or through cash. Ensure that your default wallet has sufficient balance before the journey ends. Partial payment from the Wallet is not allowed for verification purposes (multiple payment modes for a single trip many a time results in confusion and becomes a hassle for both, us and the customer)

Can I transfer money from one wallet to another?

No, you cannot transfer money from one wallet to another in Payments option.

Can I make partial payments through multiple wallets?

No. If you don't have sufficient funds in any one of your wallets, you will have to pay in cash.

Can I pay using a debit or a credit card?

We don't have any option to pay directly via debit or a credit card, but with few simple steps you can load your wallet using Credit/Debit card and start using Meru's Multiple Wallet feature for all your rides (Mobile App > Log in > Main Menu > Payments > Citrus/Paytm/MobiKwik Login > Top Up)

Do I have to pay toll charge when I travel through Meru?

Yes, you will be paying 'Toll charge'- at the actual, when you are crossing the toll post while travelling through Meru. However, in case you have booked a Meru & the cab is crossing the toll post while coming to pick you up, then you need not pay the toll charges.

Will I get a printed receipt for the amount paid?

Of course you will. You just need to register your email id with us to ensure that you receive the trip receipt immediately on your email ID at the end of every trip without having to follow up for the same. You may also view your trip receipts (only belonging to app bookings) on the app in Past Bookings Section and email them (Menu-Bookings-Past Bookings-See/Email).
