The fastest route to take from Bangalore to Ooty is via National Highway 275, take the Bangalore Mysore Expressway that will come after the Mysore road and the Raja Ram Mohan Roy road. Then you need to take the National Highway 275, National Highway 766 and National Highway 181. This will take you to the Mysore Ooty road. You will then reach your destination in Ooty.
The best time to visit Ooty is between March to June. The weather is very pleasant during this time. When you visit during these months, you can venture outside your hotel for sightseeing and various other activities. The maximum temperature during the summers is around 20 degrees Celsius.
