You need to first reach the Hyderabad Janagam Highway. Then you need to follow the National Highway 765 till you reach State Highway 5 located in Andhra Pradesh. This is a straight road and you should reach Andhra Pradesh in approximately four hours excluding the number of stops that you make. Srisailam has the highest number of visitors during winter. The months of October to February have the best climate and this is also the best time for pilgrimage. There are some amazing things that you can do here during these months. The weather conditions aren't very harsh so the winters are mild and you will be able to get around in your summer clothes too. The summers here are quite harsh and the temperatures can soar as high as 40 degrees which is why you may way to avoid getting here between the months of May to June.
